Promotion terms and conditions

• The offer is valid from Saturday 1st March 2025 to Monday 30th June 2025.
• We’ll beat any competitor’s price on the same size, make and model heat pump/air conditioning system by 5%, that’s our “Price Promise”. This discount is inclusive of GST.
• This offer applies only to regular, in-stock products offered for sale from a New Zealand heat pump provider.
• The price promise is only available on residential purchases.
• The price promise applies where the other provider’s final price, inclusive of delivery, taxes (including GST), fees, installation, and charges, is lower than our price.
• To be eligible for our price promise:
  • You must present proof of a competitor’s pricing (e.g., mailer, quote, website listing) to EES for verification. The competitor’s pricing must be current / valid and available at the date of presentation to EES.
  • The competitor’s quote / deal must identify the make, model and size of heat pump.
  • The price must include standard installation^ and GST.
• Standard installation^ means either:
  • A standard High Wall “back-to-back” installation, which includes:
  • Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall
  • Maximum pipe length of 5m
  • Maximum trunking 4m
  • Penetrations through a timber wall
  • RCBO protection on all systems
  • A dedicated back to board circuit for all systems over 5kW
  • Maximum 15m electrical cable
  • Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level and clear area

OR

• A standard ducted installation, which includes:
  • A standard ceiling installation with standard 200mm circular diffusers.
  • The number of diffusers included: 6.0kW – 4 diffusers, 7.1kW – 5 diffusers, 10.0kW – 6 diffusers, 12.5kW 7 diffusers, 14.0kW – 10 diffusers. Additional diffusers will be charged
  • Install of the indoor and outdoor units
  • 1x standard wall controller
  • 1x hinge filter return air grill
  • Maximum pipe length 15m
  • Maximum trunking 5m
  • Penetrations through a timber wall
  • Maximum 15m electrical cable.
  • Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area
  • Compact Outdoor units only.
• Additional charges will apply for extra installation work done by EES over and above standard installation. e.g. decommissioning old systems, pre-pipe & fit off installations, travel charges. Additional charges are excluded from the Price Promise. We will always agree the costs upfront with you.
• Standard installation charges exclude 3rd party work or equipment that may be required to complete the installation, e.g. Height access equipment hire (scaffolding, cranes, cherry pickers), Health & Safety equipment hire, building works (roof or ceiling strengthening, building access hatches, etc). The cost for 3rd party work and equipment is excluded from the Price Promise. We will always agree the costs upfront with you.
• EES reserves the right to verify the evidence of the same size, make and model heat pump (including installation) sold by a competitor at a lower price.
• If your claim qualifies for the Price Promise, EES will beat the competitor’s price by 5% inclusive of GST for the same size, make and model of heat pump.
• If the competitor’s quote is for a brand of heat pump that EES does not sell, then EES may either choose to offer the Price Promise with a quote for a make or model of heat pump of their choice or reserve the right not to offer the Price Promise.
• The Price Promise excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations, commercial quantities and parallel imported products.
• The Price Promise does not apply to:
  • Any product(s) redeemed from EES in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim or third-party redemption scheme
    purchases paid for using 3rd party financing – debit or cash payments only
    any service products or services offered by EES – newly installed heat pumps only
  • EECA WKH quotes, or other 3rd party funded programs
    homes under construction
    commercial, wholesale or business customers or deals.
• The Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other EES promotion, bonus product or discount.
• This promotion may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to EES’ usual terms and conditions of trade.
• By taking up the promotion, you agree to be contacted by Cristal Air International Ltd (trading as EES) for any promotional purposes.
