Promotion terms and conditions

• The Haier competition commences on Monday 4th November 2024 and ends Friday 31st January 2025.
• Any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with EES for a Haier Heat Pump or Air Conditioning System, and pays a deposit by midnight Friday 31st January 2025, is eligible for the draw.
• Each Haier Heat Pump or Air Conditioning System purchased by a domestic household qualifies for one entry into the draw.
• All Haier Heat Pump or Air Conditioning System sales must be at full RRP to be eligible for automatic entry into the draw. Entry into the draw for purchases at less than RRP is at EES’s discretion.
• Employees, contractors, and their family members from HRV, EES, and Fisher & Paykel are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• The winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

• EES and Fisher & Paykel reserve the right to substitute the prizes for similar valued products.
• Individual prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or any other items.
• The prize package cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or any other items.
• The prize winner will be drawn on 28th February 2025.
• The winner will be notified via phone call and/or email.
• Excludes purchases for commercial installations or new homes under construction.
• Pre-pipe & fit-off installations will incur additional charges and are not included in the RRP of eligible Haier Heat Pump or Air Conditioning Systems.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or deals.
• EES reserves the right to alter, modify, or update the terms and conditions of this promotion.
• EES is the promoter of this competition.
• By entering the promotion, you agree to be contacted by Cristal Air International Ltd for any promotional purposes.
• By claiming the prize package, the winner consents to being photographed and/or for EES to use his or her name, photograph, and their city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation. This includes use on EES’s website, direct and social media channels, and in PR content. If an entrant does not consent to this, they forfeit their right to claim the prize package.
