Installing your hot water heat pump
When you select a Haier hot water heat pump from EES, you can rely on our skilled team of Master Plumbers and Master Electricians to ensure a safe and professional installation.
On the day you will be without both hot and cold water while your new system is connected and safety tested. Your EES expert will arrange an installation date and time that works for you, as well as work out where you want each component to go, during your free home assessment.
EES can decommission and remove your old hot water heating system – either an electric hot water cylinder or an instant gas system.
FAQ's
Will I still get hot water when it’s cold outside? 
Yes – just like any heat pump, there is still energy available in the ambient air when it’s cold outside. Your Haier hot water heat pump will keep working down to as low as -7º Celsius on the Monoblock, and as low as -15 ºon the split system.
What warranty does my hot water heat pump come with?
When you purchase any new Haier Heat Pump Water Heater for domestic use you automatically receive a five-year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labour for servicing. There is also a 7-year warranty on the cylinder.
